My client is a market leading manufacturing business who operate around the globe, providing their broad customer base with the highest standards of technical expertise and support.

Your new role
As the L&D (HR) Coordinator, you will report to a supportive, knowledgeable HR Manager and enjoy an interesting role that will offer the opportunity to be the lead for Learning and Development (L&D) and training, but also the variety of HR generalist responsibilities including ER case work, recruitment, developing HRIS and supporting payroll.
Your core focus will be to support the L&D and HR function as well as the wider business as below:

This role is fully office-based until you pass probation (3 months+) given the nature of the position and industry, but you will have the possibility of flexible, hybrid working 1-2 days / week beyond this time. Working hours: 37 / week, Monday-Friday. Core hours are 9am-3pm, but the business is flexible around start / finish times, and you can finish early at 12.30pm each Friday.

What you\'ll need to succeed
This exciting opportunity will suit a proactive, engaging person with good initiative who is confident enough to present to and communicate with people at all levels of business. A CIPD qualification is preferred, but people who want to work towards this in future will be considered too. You must have worked in an L&D / Training or HR Generalist role with experience of both fields in an HR / People function.
