For your first 2 days in the business, youâll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy. This is at a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where youâll learn all about our business before you start your new role.
We care about being an inclusive employer and encourage applications from people with diverse backgrounds and experiences. We want all our colleagues to bring their whole self to work and that starts with you.
