Our Client, one of London's best Members clubs, is looking for an experienced and passionate Pastry Chef de Partie to join their team.

The Executive Head chef is a superb leader and has worked in some of London's best 5 star hotels. He is renowned for developing his team and is highly respected in the industry.

Alongside running this kitchen, he is also on several panel's for some of the worlds best cooking competitions.

Alongside the salary stated above, you can also expect service charge and time and half overtime payment for any hours worked over 40 hours.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and breads according to recipes and standards
- Ensure the quality and presentation of all pastry items
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new pastry offerings
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary ingredients and supplies
- Assist in training and mentoring junior pastry staff members

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or Pastry Cook in a restaurant or bakery setting
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, including baking, cooking, and food preparation
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Skills:
- Proficient in baking a variety of pastries, desserts, and breads
- Knowledgeable in food production processes and techniques
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in pastry preparation
- Strong understanding of culinary principles and techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
