The ideal candidate for this role will possess proven experience in sales administration or customer service, demonstrating exceptional communication skills in both verbal and written forms. We are looking for someone with a proactive, problem-solving attitude, who embodies a ‘can-do’ approach in every task. Strong organisational skills are essential, as the role requires the ability to meet deadlines effectively and maintain order in a fast-paced environment. Professionalism, particularly in telephone interactions, is paramount. Additionally, proficiency in SAP is a critical requirement for this position.
