Mixed Tax Senior Manager (Advisory)

Clark Wood are currently working with a Leading Regional firm who are looking for a Mixed Tax Senior Manager (Advisory) in their Liverpool office

As a Mixed Tax Senior Manager (Advisory) your role will include:

The successful candidate will be supporting the Partners and Directors on a variety of tax planning projects.

Tax advisory work is likely to include some or all of the following:

Company restructuring

Shareholder tax planning

Employee share schemes

Dividend planning

Tax efficient share structures

Acquisition and disposal of private companies / structuring and tax due diligence

Management buy outs

Estate planning

Dealing with HM Revenue & Customs enquiries

Our client in Liverpool is looking for the following skills;

The ACA/ACCA and CTA qualification would be desirable, but not essential.

Experience in taking the initiative on projects and spotting opportunities to generate additional tax advisory work

Experience in delivering tax planning projects
