Job description
My client, a small Marketing Agency based in Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced B2B Telemarketing Executive.
The role will include telemarketing/telesales activity on behalf of the company and their clients in a timely and professional manner to ensure the company’s ethos of ‘maximum energy – optimum results’ is sustained.
Their clients span a variety of industries, including fleet vehicles, Manufacturing, Hospitality, IT and Digital Marketing.
Key Duties
• Development and maintenance of existing customer relationships
• Meeting with new clients/existing clients to be (re) briefed on campaigns and the creation of briefing documents for clients
• Daily and weekly progress reporting to ensure client’s objectives for campaign are being met and feeding results back to clients when required.
• Networking/generating new business – either personally or through telemarketing activity
• Supplementing Telemarketing activity if required
• Following up on event invitations, confirming attendance

• Full Driving licence and vehicle in good maintained condition (petrol expenses will be paid.)
• Demonstrable understanding of business, from understanding the needs of the business through to converting “features” in to business benefit

• Experience of Social networking (especially LinkedIn) an advantage
