The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are on the hunt for an experienced Service Advisor to join the UK’s one of a kind, brand new retailer and one of only two 'Global Statement' sites worldwide, based in Sunbury-on-Thames, South West London.
Built over five floors, this relaxed and friendly dealership is committed to providing outstanding levels of customer service.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Coordinate appointments for vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
Offer precise cost estimates for repairs and maintenance.
Attend to customer concerns and ensure post-service follow-up for utmost satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service histories, and vehicle repairs, including invoice generation and payment processing.
Possess foundational understanding of vehicle mechanics to facilitate effective communication with technicians and customers.
Recommend additional services or upgrades based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines.
Essential motor trade experience required!
Package:
Basic Salary: £32,500 + £4,000 Bonus!!!
Monday to Friday hours [45 hours per week].
Saturdays on a (1-in-5) rota!!
Holidays: 25 days per year!
