Role Overview: As Senior Site Agent, you'll oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. Your leadership will be key in delivering project milestones and fostering a culture of excellence.
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of £65,000 to £75,000 per annum.

Responsibilities:
- Manage site operations, resource allocation, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and regulations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize project profitability.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Role Requirements:
- Degree level/HNC/HND qualification in Civil Engineering or relevant professional experience.
- Extensive experience delivering infrastructure projects.
- Ability and willingness to guide, mentor, and develop junior staff.
- Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) mandatory.
- Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) preferable.
- Champions Sustainability, Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) principles.
- Acts with integrity and prioritizes customer satisfaction.
