The Employer is: BRAID MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL LIMITED. We are a leading Northern Ireland Building Services company with an excellent reputation stretching back to 1926. Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity for a Mechanical Contracts Manager to join a strong & stable company..

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from tender handover to completion.
• This will include programming, procurement, design development, coordination, ensuring claims are submitted on time, ensure all variations are captured and priced, managing client expectations & successful commissioning.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• A mechanical trade or engineering background working within the Construction industry.

Desirable Skills

• 3 plus years experience in a similar role.

Further Information

The Employer is: BRAID MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL LIMITED. Although this is a full time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
