Are you looking to step away from your day-to-day block manager role, looking for something new and challenging yet still within the residential sector, if so, you may be in luck.

 

I am currently working exclusively with a supplier who’re looking for confident, capable, and passionate Residential Sales Consultant. The ideal candidate for this role would have worked within block management, have experience dealing with managing agents, freeholders, RMCs, and dealing with client relationships. My client and their residential department are in store for a large amount of growth and the career possibilities / scope for progression is huge. If you feel you have good connections within the sector, are confident in your ability to win business and develop professional relationships, this could be the role for you.

 

 

Job Summary

 

The Sales Consultant (Residential Sector) will be an experienced passionate sales leader with experience in B2B solution selling. Reporting to the Head of Residential Manager, the position holder must be able to help identify and act on opportunities within the residential sector. Ideally, you will have experience in block management or residential property sector.
