Job Description
The duties include:
- Provision of accurate and timely reporting on costs, and overheads.
- Ensure that all Divisional operational month-end, forecast and budget reporting is accurate
- Provide a full understanding of any deviations from budget
- Support the accurate closure of the operational month end accounts to the set deadline, including processing journals
- Assist with commercial reviews, providing financial evaluation and support
- Support the development of insightful analysis, reporting and dashboards for labour, and other cost of sales.
- Provide drill down analysis detailing trending in labour costs, hours worked, overtime, agency costs and other labour cost drivers
- Assist in setting, monitoring, trending and maintenance, and improvement of KPI's.
- Continually improve the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of financial information to key stakeholders
- Responsible for divisional ad hoc labour reporting as required
- Accurate completion of divisional finance templates for all internal/external weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reports with focus on labour and unit overheads.
- Support the identification of operational efficiency opportunities, assist with cost control and cost reduction projects.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet

The successful candidate MUST:
- Have experience working in a similar role - Essential

- Be able to work in a fast paced environment - Essential
