My client is a highly regarded and established regional firm, despite their size, they more than hold their own with the larger firms and are well represented in the Legal 500 and Chambers guides, offering their clients bespoke legal solutions for a range of areas. They are currently seeking a junior-to-mid-level solicitor for their corporate team in Brighton.
From day one this position would see you act on behalf of the firms regional and national client base, de to the setup of the team you can expect a great deal of responsibility whilst also collaborating alongside partners and senior team members on rewarding and high-value matters. The caseload will cover all aspects of M&A, asset and share purchase agreements, reviewing due diligence, working on corporate structuring such as shareholder agreements and joint ventures and more.
Mentoring and development is something this firm fully embraces, giving you the support but also the autonomy to interact with clients and handle your own caseload. Overall, this role should be a serious consideration for junior corporate lawyers.
