Job description
We are recruiting for a Clinical Support Worker - Outpatients who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistent outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.

As a member of the Outpatients team, you will have various opportunities in developing your clinical skills and knowledge in the Outpatients Department.
You will be providing support to the team of staff in delivering a quality service that is linked to high standard of patient care.
Communicate effectively and work in partnership with patients, nursing colleagues, the Multidisciplinary Team and all other relevant personnel.
Assist the Registered Nurse in the planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care.
You will be able to recognise and respond appropriately to urgent and emergency situations.
