Our GSK Production System (GPS) is the way we improve processes at GSK, and while much progress has been made in the past few years our ambition is to broaden the impact to improve performance in all aspect of our manufacturing operations.
Barnard Castle plays a key role as a New Product Introduction supply site for Steriles, Inhalations and Dermatology to UK, EU, US, Japan and Rest of World markets.
The Site GPS Lead role exists to lead the deployment of the GSK Production System (GPS) such that it delivers improvement across the balanced scorecard (suite of Site KPIs) and enhances business strategy.
As a key member of the Site Leadership team (line reporting to the Site Director), the GPS Site Lead is accountable for:
