Primary Teacher | ‘Outstanding’ 4 form entry Primary School | Redbridge

We are a lovely & supportive 4 form entry primary school in the borough of Redbridge and we are looking to recruit a Primary Teacher for a September start. This Primary Teacher role is on full time, permanent basis and is open to ECTs & experienced teachers.

We are an ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted graded Primary School is notorious throughout the borough for its creative & proven successful teaching styles. The Head Teacher is a big believer in listening to her Primary Teachers / staff and putting their ideas into practice.

Early Career Primary Teachers (ECTs) will be enrolled onto a bespoke a tailored ECT Induction that has helped shape many ‘Outstanding’ Teachers and current leaders.

JOB DESCRIPTION
•    Primary Teacher 
•    Potential TLR opportunities – Subject, Year Group and Phase Lead
•    ECTs welcome to apply – Supportive 1:1 mentor, bespoke training and more
•    Must be able to inspire and motivate the younger generation
•    September start – Permanent Contract – Full Time
•    MPS1-UPS3 - £34,514 to £51,179 + TLR (Size depending on experience)
•    Located in the Borough of Redbridge

PERSON SPECIFICATION
•    Must have UK QTS or be in the process of obtaining
•    You must be ambitious, hardworking, committed and be academically talented
•    Good understanding of the Primary curriculum is required
•    Must be able to work in a large team of Primary Teachers
•    You must meet the Teaching standards to a ‘Good or Outstanding’ level
