Our client, with a 5-bedroom residence in Belgravia, is looking for a Live-in Housekeeper/Laundress to accompany their current full-time Nanny/Housekeeper with ensuring the smooth running of their household.

Although you would be expected to help with the hands-on housekeeping, this role does have a strong laundry focus so the ideal candidate would have Laundress experience and excellent knowledge on fine fabrics and how to care for various types of garments.

As well as the focus on laundry, day-to-day duties would include:

• Assisting with hands-on housekeeping – cleaning, tidying, and organising
• Organising occasional deep cleans of the household
• Changing bed linen
• Ad hoc errands/tasks
• The client is keen to find an experienced, confident candidate that will be able to work in harmony with their full-time Housekeeper so it is a must that you are a team player with a positive disposition.

The principals split their time between residences.  However, their adult children and their baby are based at the house.

Accommodation: Self-contained basement flat with separate entrance.
Working days: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 8:30am–6:00pm
Salary: £40,000 gross per annum
