Job description
To ensure that exceptional customer service is always delivered, so that our customers recognise us as the ‘go-to’ coffee store within their community. Your passion and drive for delivering great customer service and coffee must be consistent whilst striving to deliver brilliant standards every day.
Main Duties
- Deliver consistently outstanding customer service by always following the Bewiched ‘Big 5’
- Produce excellent, brand standard, handcrafted coffee consistently by following Bewiched working practices
- Amazing food and beverage products produced consistently in line with brand standards and backed up with knowledge of relevant product standards including the cold drink menu
- Maintain and develop expert knowledge of coffee and other relevant products
- Conduct daily and weekly cleaning tasks to a high standard
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean working environment and have excellent hygiene standards
- Keep your skill set up to date by participating in all mandatory training and eLearning courses
- Regularly conduct stock checks and date checks on products
- Drive sales by upselling and increasing average spend by delivering excellent service
Experience and skills required
- Experience of working in Customer Service
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Works well as part of a team
- Able to use own initiative in a fast-paced environment
