Purovets is currently seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join an independent, modern, state-of-the-art small animal practice located in a picturesque village on the London/Hertfordshire border. This exceptional opportunity offers the chance to become a valuable member of a team in an area renowned for its high-end, comfortable, semi-rural lifestyle, all while being conveniently close to the attractions of the nearby metropolis.
Established in 2019, our client has cultivated an excellent local reputation, boasting a loyal client base. The role provides the autonomy to work up cases in a friendly and caring atmosphere, supported by a wonderful team of veterinary professionals.
Their practice is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including Digital Dental equipment, X-ray, Ultrasound, In-house laboratory, fully-equipped Operating Theatre, and separate cat and dog kennels. This allows their veterinary staff to deliver top-notch care to all patients which has earned our client Silver Status accreditation from the ISFM cat Friendly Clinic.
Joining a close-knit team, you will work alongside another experienced Vet, Head Nurse, RVN, student RVN, and a dedicated reception team. They are looking for a small animal vet with two years or more of experience to contribute to the success of their high-spec, purpose-built facility.

The Rota:
• Full time - 40 hours over 4-days week.
• Part time considered - 3 days per week.
• Only 1: 3 Saturday mornings.
• No OOH and No bank holidays.
The Benefits:
• Generous salary ranging from £70,000 DOE
• CPD up to £1500 per annum - 3 days paid
• 30 days holiday including bank holidays (5.5 weeks holiday a year)
• BVA, BSAVA, VDS, RCVS membership fees covered
