Job description

I am delighted to work with a services based business in Gloucester to recruit an HR Advisor. This is a unique opportunity to join a private equity backed business, with lots of opportunity to develop and progress and the organisation continues to grow through acquisition. We are working with this business to recruit a permanent HR Advisor, to provide generalist support across all areas of the employee lifecycle.

This is a remote base role requiring travel to a site in Gloucester 1-2 days per week and monthly travel to a site in Kent. Responsibilities include;

Onboarding and induction, probationary process, recruitment support, absence or performance management, leaver processes and exit interviews. You will be a first point of contact for employee and line managers alike, providing advice and support on policies and processes. You will manage employee relations cases, leading on investigations, disciplinaries and grievances. You will work closely with line managers and business leaders to support and coach them wherever appropriate.

What you need to succeed:

You are a hardworking, diligent and organised HR Advisor with excellent communication skills. You’re ambitious and keen to progress in you career, happy to support acquisitions, HR change and transformation.
