Job Title: Team Lead Azure Platform
Job Type: Full-time (80-100%)
Location: Zurich

Passionate about cloud technologies? Experienced in Azure-based infrastructures and a hands-on leader?

We're looking for a Team Lead Azure Platform to spearhead our team's formation and drive Azure cloud adoption in Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). Collaborating with our Cloud Competence Center, you'll shape Azure Landing Zones' technical architecture, support application migration, and champion cloud adoption at our organization.

Your Role

• Leadership: Build and lead the Azure Cloud Platform team.
• Platform Development: Manage Azure Platform and Application Landing Zones (DevOps).
• Migration Support: Facilitate application migration to Azure IaaS and PaaS services.
• Collaboration: Foster cooperation with internal teams for Windows and Linux systems on Azure.
• Automation Focus: Drive automation evolution via Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support: Assist internal teams in adopting IaaS cloud solutions and infrastructure automation.

Your Profile

• University degree (FH or higher) with 3+ years in Azure Cloud Services.
• Previous team leadership or significant professional responsibility.
• Motivated to cultivate team spirit within a new team.
• Excellent German and English communication skills.
• Strong background in IaaS on cloud platforms.
• Experience in software development, Microsoft Azure IaaS/PaaS services, and automation using IaC, scripting languages, and CI/CD pipelines.

This position is hybrid-working (2 days on-site/week) based in Zurich.
