Job description
Bawso is the lead organisation in Wales providing practical and emotional support to black minority ethnic (BME) and migrant victims of domestic abuse, sexual violence, human trafficking, Female Genital Mutilation and forced marriage.
We are seeking to appoint for the following position:
Support Worker
Project: Bridge to Safety
Location: Bangor, Anglesey, Conwy
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Starting Salary: £ 23,172 per annum
The aim is to work within a community development framework, the worker will be responsible for raising awareness of VAW, FGM, HBV and Forced Marriage in practicing communities and to support women and girls to challenge the custom within Bangor, Anglesey, Conwy.
