SALES NEGOTIATOR – ESTATE AGENT- STAINES UPON THAMES – UP TO £18K BASIC DOE , OTE UP TO £28K DOE

Our client is a successful independent Estate Agent in Staines. They are looking to employ a Sales Negotiator who is enthusiastic, driven and wants to be recognised for their hard work. You will help drive the business forward and increase your earnings whilst doing so. This role will involve mostly selling so experience as a valuer/lister is not necessary, you just need to have a passion for selling houses!

BASIC SALARY up to £18k DOE + UP TO £28K OTE DOE

Key Skills:

• Excellent written and communication skills
• The ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team and on their own
• Strong organisational skills
• Happy to take the initiative
• Confident in dealing with clients
• Good telephone manner
• Full UK clean driving licence

The role will also involve:

• Dealing with enquiries
• Booking appointments
• Carrying out viewings
• Booking market appraisals
• Updating and maintaining websites
• General office administration.

To be considered for this role you must have a full driving licence.
