Job description

We’re looking for a highly organised, creative individual to join our growing team as a Marketing Executive. A hands-on, full mix marketing role, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a wide range of marketing projects.

Working across the business, with colleagues at all levels, the successful candidate will provide advice and guidance to business teams, including our portfolio of Group businesses, and identify optimum solutions to achieve project goals.

Managing multiple projects at any one time, the role requires the delivery of a wide range of collateral, including sales materials, technical documents, and digital content – so excellent copywriting and communication skills are a must.

The Marketing Executive will also monitor results and feedback on project delivery, to help inform and influence future activity and plans as well as contributing to the wider marketing strategy where appropriate.

Role Responsibility

• Plan, implement and develop projects and plans
• Provide advice and guidance on marketing solutions, contributing to strategic plans
• Monitor and report on project activity
• Support Group businesses including planning, setting standards and sourcing suppliers
• Hands-on delivery of projects
• Produce a wide range of collateral in line with company branding
• Copywriting and proofreading
• Update and monitor the company website and social media channels as required
• Support the wider business with event management including stand production, promotional merchandise and literature requirements
• Support digital activity, including email campaigns and Google Ads
• Liaise with agency partners and other external creative resources
• Guard and maintain the corporate brand, messaging and tone of voice, across all communications.

The Ideal Candidate

Qualifications

Experience

• 3+ years in a marketing role.
• Proven track record in producing a range of collateral.
• Experience of digital marketing techniques including email campaigns, SEO and AdWords.
• Working knowledge of WordPress, Google Analytics and MailChimp.
• Demonstrable experience of producing high calibre written content.
• Experience across social media platforms including LinkedIn and YouTube
