An exciting and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Nursing Home Manager has become available in a luxury state of the art service situated in Solihull with a well established, and growing care provider. The service is finished to a high specification and provides care for adults who suffer with complex Dementia and Alzheimers.

Job Requirements for the role of Nursing Home Manager: - Overall responsibility of the home
- Actively filling beds and selling the home
- Recruitment and training of staff
- Ensure CQC compliance at all times
- General management of the nursing areas
The Skills/ Qualifications needed for the Nursing Home Manager: - Previous managerial experience of a large home
- Nurse qualified with active Pin, ideally RMN
- Passionate about working with dementia care.
- Hands on practical approach - be a visible face of the home
- Sound knowledge of Care Standards
- Dynamic & Enthusiastic - be able to motivate staff and lead a happy home!
My client is looking for an experienced, innovative and dynamic Nursing Home Manager with a proven track record in leadership and management; you will be a key budget holder and a senior member of the management team. As the successful candidate you will be required to manage the home and undertake 24hr operational responsibility of the services and provide Leadership and direction in meeting all people.
