This highly regarded Property Litigation Team is a vital component within their esteemed 40-strong Property Group, that operates alongside their Commercial Property, Residential Development, and Residential Conveyancing Teams. Established just under two years ago, this Property Litigation Team has shown remarkable growth and success, contributing significantly to their overall success.

They are currently seeking to expand their close-knit Property Litigation Team by recruiting a newly qualified solicitor. The team is led by dedicated professionals who are committed to providing exceptional legal services across a broad spectrum of property related matters.

In this role, your responsibilities would include:

• Assisting in managing County Court and High Court litigation
• Providing support in obtaining injunctions and a range of court orders
• Collaborating with colleagues to resolve matters through mediation and other forms of ADR
• Supporting in serving notices, renewing commercial leases, and advising on lease strategies
• Assisting in managing litigation risks in ongoing property transactions
• Offering strategic advice on property issues such as covenants and easements
• Contributing to the management of dilapidations disputes and rights of light disputes
• Providing support during site acquisitions and collective enfranchisement processes
• Assisting in lease extensions and other property-related matters as needed

This ideal person will be coming up to qualification in September or will have recently qualified. While property litigation experience is not required, some exposure to property matters, such as through a commercial property training seat or prior paralegal role, is desirable. You must be an individual who works well as part of a team, can communicate effectively, and can provide an impressive level of client care.
