Job Title: Machine/Production Operative

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Machine/ Production Operative to join our team in Milton Keynes. You will be responsible for operating machinery and assembling products in a fast-paced production environment. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment to produce high-quality products
Assemble products according to company standards and procedures
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
Manage and control kitting and assembly of customer orders
Maintain a clean and organised work area
Stock organisation, Stock count
General Warehouse duties
Requirements:
Must have previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Health and Safety Level 2 would be desirable
Knowledge of H&S regulations relevant to Industrial storage equipment industry
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy items
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
