Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Workshop Supervisor to work for a reputable specialist vehicle dealer offering strong career prospects!

Based in the Wolverley area of Worcestershire DY11 this position can offer in excess of £40k DOE

Your Responsibilities as the Workshop Supervisor:

• As the workshop Supervisor, you will be required to supervise mechanics, assisting them with the maintenance and repairs of vehicles/vans

• You will be distributing the workload, ensuring work is carried out promptly and efficiently to a high standard

• Make sure all paperwork and records are filled out correctly

• You will be dealing with quality control, compliance, productivity and technical issues

• Assisting with any additional training as required

• Minimum of level 3 vehicle maintenance and repair

• Possibly having worked within a dealership or fleet

• Some experience in a supervisory or team leading role
