DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER – Office based in Elstree, Hertfordshire – Up to £30,000 +Bens

We have partnered with a rapidly growing digital software and marketing company based in Elstree who provide an innovative website and marketing platform for Estate Agents across the UK.

The platform is designed to give them an incredible online presence whilst putting their most important products in one place and at one low cost.

It powers their website, automates many of their marketing assets including email marketing, social media, posting customer testimonials and local housing data among many others and delivers their results via an online dashboard.

The role

To work with clients who have signed up to their platform and be responsible for liaising with them, the design team, set-up, onboard and supporting clients on an ongoing basis.

About you

• You have experience as a digital project manager for a digital, design or marketing agency
• Knowledge of WordPress and web technologies
• Be able to offer one-on-one training for customers
• Understanding of how feeds and plugins work within a website environment
• Understanding of automation tools, i.e Zapier
• Experience of using both social media scheduling tools and email marketing platforms
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills to relay information to non-technical contacts
• Excellent grammar and written English
• Be a self-starter, able to work independently with high levels of autonomy and responsibility

Responsibilities include:

• Project manage new clients from start to finish, ensuring that the website and platform are delivered on time to the highest possible standards
• Owning the delivery and ongoing support of customers
• Act as a liaison between the customer and the studio and support teams to ensure the effective delivery of assets and solutions
• Liaise with third party suppliers to deliver integrated services for customers
• Manage the onboarding process to ensure new customers are correctly set-up and using all the functionality available to them
• Ensure and deliver client training on the platform
• Customer liaison and inputting information into the CRM database to track record of all correspondence and account changes
• Building strong customer relationships with users and stakeholders
