📍 Location: Guildford

⏰ Hours: 09:30 – 17:30 (10:00 – 16:00 on Sundays), 5 days a week, including weekends and spring/summer Bank Holidays, on a rota basis

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales and margin targets for the showroom.
• Elevate the in-store presentation of the teak furniture range.
• Develop a deep understanding of product features, advantages, and benefits.
• Actively participate in sales meetings, reporting against targets and proposing sales initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

• Successful experience in specialist/premium retail sales.
• Understanding of the customer journey towards a luxury purchase.
• Skilled salesperson with the ability to question, present benefits, and close deals.
• Passionate individual with an engaging personality, forming excellent customer relationships quickly.
• Full driving license and own transport are essential.

Requirements:

• Seeking a Showroom Manager, Assistant Showroom Manager, and Part-time Sales Advisor (2-3 days per week).
• Leading a retail sales function with a commitment to weekend and bank holiday work.
• Comfortable in the mid-to-high-end market, with the ability to communicate product details effectively.

Person Specification:

• Preferred background in retail sales from a premium product environment.
• Passionate about the product range and willing to learn technical details.
• Experience in retail sales from a quality company (furniture or garden products experience is a plus).
