Post Title: Rapid Response Support Worker (nights)

Team: Rapid response Team

Within Bury Adult Services we are seeking to employ a Night Support Worker to work in the Rapid Response Team.

Working for the Rapid Response Team is very rewarding career, as you can make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable adults. There will be an induction and training plan in place.

The Rapid Response Service is a community based short term service that supports customers including those with complex needs who are in crisis and require urgent, short-term support.

You will support customers in daily living tasks including personal care, and in the use of aids and personal equipment. Working as part of a small team, you will encourage and motivate customers and assist them to build their confidence and achieve their personal goals.

Normal hours of work are 20 hours per week, Friday and Saturday nights. Dependent on service requirements, you may be required to work on a rota basis

Our service operates 24/7 365 days a year. You will be expected to work on a rota which can be discussed upon selection.

The shift is 8pm till 6am (subject to change if service needs require it)

You must hold a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle along with the relevant business insurance.
