HR Systems Analyst

Location: Swansea or Carmarthen
Type: Permanent
Salary: c£35,000
- Lead the strategic development of the HR Management Information System and maintain the cloud system which includes testing, implementation and training
- Provide specialist day to day management of the HR system including maintenance, testing, fault finding and configuring
- As SME for the maintenance of the HR platform, ensure on going accuracy, data integrity and digitisation processes
- Maintain and coordinate the organisation’s e-recruitment system, providing technical advice
- Collaborate with the wider organisation on system projects
- Drive short term projects while supporting on going development of systems resulting from structural, policy and procedural changes including the change and testing of system configuration
- Be hands-on for continuous improvement of HR business processes supporting the overall business strategy
- Extract HR data including MI reporting, general HR metrics and Power BI
- Compile and maintain HR System user guides for HR Team
Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes so as to create more efficient ways of working so as to improve user experience
The successful candidate will:
- Degree qualified
- Significant experience and knowledge of management information systems
- Proficient in database systems management including support of upgrades, configuration, security and data integrity
- Sound/significant experience of working on large statistical returns
- Significant experience of using a database reporting tool to extract, analyse and interpret data
- Experience of using Microsoft Power BI
- Highly proficient in using MS Office tools and an expert in Excel
- Experienced in delivering systems training to HR users, managers and end users
