To lead the process of monitoring the global football coaching market and tracking the performance of coaches across CFG. Establish and maintain a database of current and future coaching talent for all CFG Clubs.

Working closely with the Head of Coaching Methodology to provide innovative actionable insights to inform coach recruitment, retention and release decisions.

Your Impact

  1. Manage the CFG Coach Surveillance Database
  2. Surveil key football coaches within the CFG coach framework for internal CFG coaches & external football coaches
  3. In collaboration with Football Insights, build and monitor key data metrics to assess the progression of football coaches within the CFG Coach Surveillance database
  4. Manage depth & longevity charts for CFG clubs and current coaches
  5. Provide detailed insights and findings to the Head of Coaching Methodology & CFG Leadership Team in relation to coach recruitment
  6. Research into the trends within all areas of football coaching
  7. Build & develop relationships with national football governing bodies
