Systems Operations Analyst

Job description
The System Operations team play a key part in our internal system development by working with our key stakeholders to understand their requirements, design solutions, and prioritise requests to drive change internally. System Operations analysts drive continuous improvement of the systems, whilst supporting the growing needs of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling system and process related queries from Business and Technical teams.
- Ensuring that all processes are followed and amended correctly following a detailed knowledge of our systems.
- Maintaining business and system process documentation.
- Contributing to system development frameworks.
- Capturing business requirements to identify and resolve systems/process challenges.
- Maintaining strong supplier relationships, with quarterly business reviews and drive KPI delivery.
- Driving successful system change, business wide, through effective communications and training.
Personal Specification:
- Outstanding organisation skills
- Self-motivated mindset
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Excel Skills preferred but not essential.
- A willingness to learn
- A drive for success
Candidate Requirements:
- System/Process analysis experience. You will be coordinating changes in a technical environment.
- Technical expertise. You should be comfortable in engaging with IT infrastructure and network leads.
- Strong communication skills. A proven track record of confidently communicating both technical and non-technical information to all levels of the business.
- This role will involve working with technical teams and so knowledge/interest in software development life cycles is desirable.
