Your new role An experienced Senior Data Analyst is sought to lead, drive, and manage established work programmes on AI, Data Analytics, and Digital Identity. The ideal candidate will head the data team, extracting valuable insights from raw data. This role transcends mere data analysis; it involves comprehending the narrative behind the figures and leveraging this understanding to champion user advocacy. The candidate must possess robust problem-solving skills and a flair for statistical analysis, with the capacity to align data products with business objectives.

Responsibilities include:
- Leading a high-performing data function team, aspiring to establish a knowledge hub for the business.
- Ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Interpreting and analysing data-related challenges.
- Conceiving, planning, and prioritising data projects.
- Distilling and communicating complex analytical results to all organisational tiers, including senior management.
- Navigating data sets of varying complexity to extract clear insights and actionable outcomes.
- Influencing product strategy and tactical decision-making.
- Aligning data initiatives with organisational objectives.
- Developing foundational datasets and reports to expedite team and organisational agility.
The role further entails:
- Identifying growth opportunities.
- Developing and implementing data collection strategies and processes.
- Interpreting data findings and offering actionable recommendations to propel product development.
- Creating reports for senior management that highlight key data insights.
- Driving experimental data modelling designs within the business.
- Assisting the business in comprehending market trends and behaviours to formulate optimal strategies for success and goal attainment
What you'll need to succeed Essential:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years working in a data role within a product-focused environment.
- At least 1 year managing a data team.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Skilled in analytics and visualisation tools like Power BI and Tableau.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suites, especially Excel.
- Practical experience with SQL.
- Analytical Skills:
- Strong ability to collect, analyse, and interpret complex data sets.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and experimental design.
- Strategic Vision:
- Experience collaborating with product teams to develop a vision and strategy.
- Communication:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to translate complex data insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- User Experience:
- A passion for user experience design and user-centric thinking.
- Up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Marketing Analytics:
- Solid understanding of marketing analytics, including segmentation and funnel analysis.
- CRM Experience:
- Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Data Tools Knowledge:
- Knowledge of various data collection and analysis tools.
Desirable:
- Willingness to pursue relevant additional qualifications.
- Knowledge of Snowflake data warehousing solutions.
