As a HR Advisor, you will be an integral part of the HR team, providing expert guidance and support to employees and management. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive HR services, supporting with ER cases, implementing best practices, and processing weekly and monthly payroll.

Description
As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for:
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Take ownership of weekly and monthly payroll for temporary and permanent employees.
- Conduct new employee orientations and on boarding activities to facilitate the integration of new hires into the organisation and ensure a smooth transition.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions, while promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrolment, changes, and inquiries, and serve as a point of contact for benefits-related questions and issues.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop and implement HR initiatives and programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement, productivity, and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Profile
The successful HR Advisor will have:
- Experience in HR roles, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Previous experience processing payroll is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels of the organisation.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
