Description
- Managing and maintaining the purchase ledger
- Processing invoices and payments accurately and promptly
- Investigating and resolving any discrepancies in invoices
- Preparing monthly reconciliation reports
- Liaising with suppliers and handling any queries
- Assisting with month-end closing procedures
- Working collaboratively with the wider Accounting & Finance team
- Continuously seeking ways to improve processes and efficiency within the department
