We are currently hiring a Process Analyst . This is a new and exciting role which will help shape the way we work globally across Tunstall. This role offers hybrid working and can be based at either our Manchester or Malmo (Sweden) offices .
What will you be doing in this role?
The Process Analyst will develop and document existing business processes plus lead, facilitate and train others around the business to analyse and evaluate their business processes to identify efficiency and effectiveness improvement opportunities. This will be undertaken based on Six Sigma and Lean principles.

The Ideal candidate:
You will have proven experience of working in partnership with key stakeholders to develop and spread the adoption of Six Sigma and Lean approaches across the business and promote the continuous utilisation of process improvement tools and techniques.
Required skills and experience
- Experience as a Process Analyst with demonstrable knowledge in the use of Six Sigma and Lean or other DMAIC techniques.
- Experience of working in a mixed change methodology environment (Waterfall & SAFe).
- Experience of Change Management approaches to ensure a high adoption rate and persistency to maintain process improvements.
- Experience of working within a multi-geography/multi-language environment.
- Ability to interact effectively across all levels and all functions/geographies.
- Experience and confidence in developing, setting and running process mapping and process improvement workshops with participants across all levels.
- Experience in capturing complex business process requirements and facilitating workshops to develop/improve processes to accommodate those requirements.
- Proficient in functional process design documentation.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
- Six Sigma Black Belt.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and to work under pressure.
Required competencies
- Considered an expert in the use and roll out of Six sigma, Lean or other DMAIC techniques for process evaluation and improvement.
- Expert in process mapping.
- Strong facilitation, collaboration and communication skills across all levels.
- Strong analytical and questioning skills.
- Detail oriented but with an ability to see and consider broader dimensions of organisational strategy and end to end processes that cross multiple geographical and functional boundaries.
- High degree of competence in the use of applications and packages to support and enable effective and efficient Process mapping activities including but not limited to Excel, Word and PowerPoint and process mapping applications.
- Good knowledge of Project Management processes tools and best practice.
- Adaptive and responsive to changing needs, demands and priorities.
- Comfortable interacting with stakeholders across all levels and all functions.
Desirable skills and experience
- Understanding and experience of a manufacturing environment.
- Experience of operating within the healthcare sector.
- Experience of operating within a combined hardware and software development environment.
Some of your key day to day tasks will be…
- Identify, document and maintain a master list of business processes and an approach to evaluating the maturity and efficiency of each process.
- Work with key stakeholders to establish which existing processes require highest priority for assessment and evaluation and which processes that do not currently exist need to be mapped to develop a prioritised process improvement workplan.
- Lead/facilitate business partner workshops and discovery sessions to evaluate/develop business processes through the building of process flow diagrams to capture end to end process flows.
- Responsible for analysing, facilitating, reporting and providing recommendations for process improvements leading to improved quality and capacity, optimisation of costs and establishment of appropriate process metrics and controls.
- Demonstrate strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Develop strong working partnerships with all business functions based on trust and transparency to understand and document business process needs, requirements and improvements.
- Demonstrate expertise in the area of process mapping and associated process improvement and in the use of Six Sigma and Lean approaches.
