The Role

This is a stand-out opportunity for an Employment Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE to join a bustling practice enriched with talent and expertise, with a view to heading up the department in the short-medium term.

You will work directly with the current head of department, advising and acting for the firm's existing client base on day-to-day employment and HR issues while meeting potential new clients and generating new business.

Requirements

• You will be an experienced Employment Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE, and applications are invited from even the most experienced of candidates)
• You will be forward-thinking, entrepreneurial and dynamic,
• You will be a team player whilst equally able to act autonomously
• Someone who can hold and develop new relationships with introducers and clients
• Experience in business development and marketing is essential
