Job description
We're on the lookout for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our
friendly, supportive and down to earth team! You will operate in a 360 capacity, managing both clients and candidates.
Salary
£25,000 - £28,000 per annum + bonus
Office location - Aycliffe Business Park, Newton Aycliffe DL5 6ZE
Hours - Monday to Friday 8:00am - 16:30pm
What we are looking for in our Recruitment Sales Consultant
Previous experience developing leads and meeting sales targets
Strong communication skills
Full UK licence is essential
Job Duties
Generating new business by identifying prospective opportunities
Working with integrity, including ability to relate to people and instil trust
Continual relationship development
Targeted on sales activity and revenue generation
Effective management and development with your clients and accounts
Regular weekly client visits, identifying gaps between expectations and delivery
You will manage a social media presence, effectively utilising platforms such as
LinkedIn and Facebook
Ultimately, as a Recruitment Sales Consultant you will boost sales and contribute to our long term branch success and business growth. If you are motivated and enjoy working in a team environment, we'd like to meet you.
