We pay market-leading rates at £13.40 and £14.40 per hour to recognise the hard work and excellence of our Care Professionals.

We are looking for experienced Care Professionals who truly value reliability and empathy - someone who truly cares about others in their community. This is a special job, and it needs special people to do it.
At Home Instead, our visits with clients are a minimum of one hour and we match you to regular clients to offer consistent and personalised care.
