Job description

Part-time Finance Manager / GBP45k - 60k per annum / 16 hours per week / 24 days holiday plus bank holidays / Temporary to Permanent

Accountable Recruitment have partnered with a recently created, ambitious company based in St Helens to recruit a Part-time Finance Manager. The business has been trading for the past 3 years, it has seen revenues double in the past 12 months and is forecasting the same for 2024. As Finance Manager you will oversee one direct report and ensure the monthly and year accounts are produced in a timely manner.

Key day to day duties will include:

  1. Preparation of Budgets and Cashflow Forecasts
  2. Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cashflow Statements and Forecasts
  3. Reconciling industry specific software to accounts package
  4. Drive continuous improvement of processes
  5. Year End Accounts, liaise with external accountants
  6. Stock Control
  7. Margin Analysis
  8. VAT
  9. Payroll
  10. Administer Pension
