Job description

As a Social Media Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing our social media strategy. You will be responsible for managing our social media channels, creating compelling content, engaging with our audience, and analyzing data to optimize our efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand's online presence.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Manage and create content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer inquiries
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Collaborate with marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals
- Analyze social media data and generate reports on key metrics

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in social media management or related role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content
- Knowledge of public relations principles is a plus
