Sodexo has over 40 years of experience supporting the Defence forces of the UK, the US and France. We support individuals, the community and the environment on base, working with military leaders to enhance the physical and mental wellbeing of personnel across all military services.
Sodexo delivers a wide range of Catering and Food services to meet the unique and varied needs of the whole force. Our Facilities Management expertise keeps our sites running smoothly, while our Property Services ensure that client infrastructure and equipment is well cared for.
Constantly evolving its defence services to meet the needs of today’s military, the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), supported by its partner Sodexo, has launched ‘Village’ – a new concept that incorporates one stop catering, retail and leisure facilities at Worthy Down Station in Hampshire.
Due to continued growth and professional development, we are seeking a Service Delivery Manager.
Based Joint Mess Office, which is located directly above the Sgts and Officers mess dining halls, reporting directly to the General Manager and working closely with the Bar and Events Manager you will support with the day to day running of the Joint Mess accountable for;

• Service delivery at meal times
• Processing of accounts
• H&S within the Mess (risk assessments)
• Occasionally assisting with functions and Bar Events

You will have proven office management experience ideally within the hospitality sector and conduct yourself with integrity at all times in line with the expectation of the Military Personnel based upon site.
