Role Insight

As a Dispatch Assistant, you will become an integral part of the business, working within a key department you will be responsible for managing all deliveries from our HQ.

Ensuring the efficient yet considered dispatch of watches to our customers and other locations, it is critical that you handle our products with care whilst sending them out in a timely manner.

Working as part of a fun and dynamic team you will have a variety of different tasks which include liaising with our customers and colleagues at our retail stores and providing an outstanding level of service to them.

With you prior experience in customer service & administration, you will be confident in leading all the above activities. You will have an excellent eye for details and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks. You will always be a true ambassador of Watchfinder.
