Role: Process Commissioning Engineer Location: Cheshire Salary: up to £45,000 p/a plus package A leading contractor on multiple UK water authorities' frameworks across the UK is seeking to bolster the team with a Process Commissioning Engineer for the United Utilities water framework. This role will be based on site across Cheshire.
Accountable for:
·Develop, configure and optimise processes from inception through to start up, optimization and completion
·Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data
·Analyse and report data in weekly commissioning meetings
·Assist design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes
·Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
Responsible for:
·Perform/assist process/hydraulic simulations to fulfil the requirements of SO7
·Ongoing updates of the storyboard
·Manage cost and time constraints
·Planning and producing process risk assessments
·Client liaison / meeting arrangement
·Provide process documentation and operating instructions
·Manage and order process consumables and site chemicals
·Provide concise completion documentation relating to the process elements of the project.
·Provide information for the completion of the required training modules and deliver the training to client as appropriate.
·Production of Training Needs Analysis
·Scheduling of trainees with L&D 6 weeks in advance of training window
·Grey time timesheet production and submission to Production Manager
·Deliver on site Training with the Commissioning Engineer
