Temporary Contract Administrator / Finance Reference no: VLA 5244748 Pay rate: £11.36 per hour PAYE Hours per week: 40 Monday – Friday, 08:30-17:00 This opening assignment is for 2-3 months City: NOTTINGHAM, Nottinghamshire Temp to perm opportunity A Contract Administrator is required to undertake administrative duties and to support purchase ledger management, including reconciliation of supplier statements and management of invoice queries with suppliers. This role has a temp to perm opportunity.
Key responsibilities:
- Generate and check weekly and monthly tonnage reports.
- Support purchase ledger management, ensuring internal controls are adhered to, including reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Management of invoice queries with suppliers.
- Support the generation of the monthly Client invoice, sales invoices and recycling centre subcontractor payments.
- Provide administrative cover for the Contract Head Office as and when appropriate including reception and administrative duties.
