Full time, 37.5 hours per week.

The Regent in the town of Penrith, Cumbria. We offer supported living options for people with varying abilities to live wherever and however they choose. Our services support 9 service users with physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, sensory impairments and learning disabilities to live independently in their own home.

As a Team Leader with Leonard Cheshire you will become part of a fantastic team. You will provide effective supervision of a team of Support Workers, lead with passion and enthusiasm promoting positive outcomes for disabled people with a flexible and proactive approach.

You will ensure our customers receive the very best care, personal support and assistance with daily life tasks. Supporting our Person Centred approach, you will ensure maximum independence for our customers and helping them to achieve individual aspirations.
