As the Engineering Manager , you will play a critical role in supporting the success of Kramp and our software engineers. With your passion for leading teams and focus on delivering results you make sure the teams are performing at their best. You will be reporting to the Director Software Engineering and together ensure that the teams are well-equipped to facilitate growth. You will be part of a management team consisting of two other Engineering Managers and the Manager Product Way of Working who is responsible for the Agile coaches.

Things that will keep you busy if you join our team as a Engineering Manager:

• Lead and manage a group of Software Engineers (Outsystems and Java), ensuring they are performing at their best and meeting their goals.
• Work closely with the Product Owners to jointly ensure the teams are delivering the expected quality.
• Ensure the happiness and satisfaction of the engineers and provide opportunities for them to switch teams if desired.
• Responsible for the employee net promoter score (eNPS), team health, retention rate, and personal development of people.
• Connect with the Agile Coaches & HR Team to ensure the teams are well-equipped to grow and help the company to expand.
• Perform capacity planning and coordinate the performance cycle of the employees.
• Lead the growth framework and the implementation and communication of management team initiatives and strategy throughout the organization.

• Experience as a leader or manager in a tech / digital or e-commerce environment.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eager to for self learning, developing and personal growth
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Cultural sensitivity and flexibility in connecting with people.
