Job description
Rate of pay £15 per hour.
Male support worker (GOR) required for 33 year old man with Asperger’s syndrome who lives in Dunbar. The position requires a practical person who is patient, compassionate and caring with a real desire to help make a difference in this man’s life. Support is required with daily living tasks and help with confidence building to enable the client to live a more independent life.
A background with experience of spectrum disorders would be beneficial. Car driver with clean licence essential.
The post is for 12 to 15 hours per week. Shifts to be negotiated. Fuel expenses paid for travel during work time.
