Job description

We have been instructed on a unique Accounts Assistant Manager opportunity on behalf of our client, a dynamic firm of Chartered Accountants in their Central London office.

You will assist in managing an interesting portfolio of clients from the Music, TV, and Entertainment industries, providing accounts services, involving regular client contact.

As the role develops you will be involved in more client advisory work, and have a progression plan to Manager/ Senior Manager.

Perfect for a recently ACA/ ACCA Qualified individual working in practice with an interest in the Music, Film and Entertainment industries. More info can be seen below:

The Role:

Managing a client portfolio, acting as the main point of contact
Preparation and review of year-end statutory accounts
Preparation of management accounts
Review of Corporate tax computations
Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Monitoring WIP
Attending client meetings
Working closely with the Partners
Business development activities

You:

ACA/ ACCA Qualified (ideally)
A strong background in accountancy practice
Good working  knowledge of FRS102
Experience of managing a client portfolio (ideally)
Good communication skills
